Use of the service

• You must authenticate and authorize the required YouTube scopes to connect your channel.
• Do not use the service for spam, illegal activities, or copyright infringement.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with YouTube policies and applicable laws.

Permissions and APIs

We request YouTube scopes to read basic channel info and to upload/publish videos on your behalf when you initiate those actions. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account or by disconnecting your channel in the app.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klipzy is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from the use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
